One-Arm Joe
Number of players: 5 - 9
Type of Dominoes Used: Any Domino
Type of Game: Blocking Game

What's unique: Plays can only be made on one side of the tile.
Though any number of people can play, 5 to 9 seems to be the best.

Those playing may chose to play in teams of two, three, or four per team.
Object of the game: To be the first to domino.
Number of dominoes drawn: Each player draws 3 tiles.
Set: Player with highest double.
Any time a player makes a play on a double, including the set double, he may play a second tile before his turn is up.

When a player cannot make a play, he or she should draw from  the boneyard until drawing a playable tile.

If there are no tiles left in the boneyard to draw from and the player has no playable tild in his hand, he must pass.
The first player to play all tiles in his hand announces, "Domino!"

If a game ends in a block, all the players turn their dominoes faceup, count the pips on each tile, and add the numbers together. The player who dominoed, or the player with the lowest total if the game ended in a block, wins the game and gets the points of all the other players.

The player who gets 100 points or more first is the overall winner.
